Contact

One address for everything about this site — bugs, wrong numbers, licence questions, privacy requests, or a file that refused to convert:

[email protected]

Copy it if your mail client is not opening: [email protected]. There is no contact form, no chat window and no phone number, and that is deliberate — a form would be another thing to store data in.

What to use this address for

What makes a message answerable

The page can tell you a lot about a conversion, and the stats grid after a run carries most of what a diagnosis needs. Include whatever you have of this:

  1. Browser and version, and the operating system. The engine is WebAssembly; memory limits differ per browser and per device.
  2. Source file size in bytes and its extension (.step, .stp, .iges, .igs), plus roughly how many solid parts it contains.
  3. The settings you used: quality preset (Draft / Normal / Fine), STL flavour (binary / ASCII), output unit (mm / inch).
  4. The numbers the page reported: bounding box, triangles, solid parts, B-rep faces, STL size. A screenshot of the stats grid answers all of these at once.
  5. What you expected instead — and, if the size looks wrong, the real-world dimensions of the part. A bounding box that is off by exactly 25.4× is a unit mismatch, not a broken conversion.
  6. The CAD tool that exported the file (SolidWorks, Fusion, FreeCAD, Solid Edge, OnShape…). Some exporters produce files the kernel reads differently.

What mail cannot do here

Do not send a model you are not free to share. The whole design of this tool is that the file never leaves your machine; mail is not a support channel for geometry, and attaching a client’s part to an email puts it exactly where this site tries never to let it go.

Three things this address cannot help with, however it is written:

How the address works

[email protected] is not a mailbox anyone logs into. It is a forwarding address on this domain: Cloudflare Email Routing accepts the message and delivers it to the maintainer’s own inbox, which keeps the domain address stable without exposing a personal one. What happens to a message after it arrives — and how long it is kept — is described in the privacy policy.

When you can expect a reply

This is a free static page run by one independent developer, so there is no ticket queue, no service level and no promise of a deadline. Everything sent is read. If a fix belongs in the page, it goes out when it is correct and tested rather than when it is fast. If you have not heard anything after a few weeks, the message may have been caught by spam filtering — send it once more and it will be treated as new.

None of this blocks you from using the tool: the converter works without contacting anyone, without an account, and without a reply.
